Angela Jervis-Read's Bio
Angela teaches asana, meditation, philosophy and pranayama.  Her roots are in the 'ashtanga' and 'hatha' traditions.   She did her training in 2002 at the Yoga Sanctuary and continues to study with  passion and love for the practice. 
Angela is the founder of the Sodhana Yoga Program that takes yoga into corporate environments, government offices and hospitals.  She has taught at retreat centers through out Costa Rica and Canada and enjoys working with students from intro to advanced levels.
